Australian Property Marketing Corporation Pty Ltd (APMC) was established as a licensed real estate agent by a group of professionals in 2003. The company directors / partners are Robert Huang, Barry Pickering, Julie Massignani and Xin Chen who combine extensive knowledge, skills and experience with excellent networks, contacts and relationships within the real estate industry.

Robert Huang settled in Australia in the late 80's from China. He commenced his career as a CPA and an investment adviser with Saxby Morgan in 1995. Robert subsequently started his own real estate business when he met and commenced his business relationships with Barry Pickering and Julie Massignani who are professionals based in Queensland with considerable experience in the property and finance industry.

Today, as APMC's Managing Director, Robert is a major player and key contributor to the company's success.

With one office located in Sydney, one in Brisbane, 10 associated offices in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, APMC works closely with its clients and business partners through a well-established network.

APMC's main focus is in marketing properties on behalf of developers, as well as selling and managing residential properties in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Its most recent proven success in the selling of off-the-plan projects was the marketing of a substantial and landmark project in Rhodes Bay, Sydney. APMC proved that it had the significant ability to market off-the-plan projects by selling $ 50 million worth of luxurious apartments within 2 days.

APMC is also involved in the marketing and selling of house and land packages, townhouses and apartments in Brisbane, Queensland.
